If you’ve ever dreamt of tackling one of the world’s longest and most scenic road trips, the coastal drive from Melbourne to Perth is hard to beat. Stretching over 4537 km, this journey blends dramatic coastlines, remote wilderness, charming towns, and the famous Nullarbor Plain.

Day 1–3: Melbourne → Great Ocean Road → Warrnambool
• Begin in Melbourne and head west along the legendary Great Ocean Road.
• Highlights: Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, Apollo Bay, Cape Otway Lighthouse.
• Stay overnight in Warrnambool or Port Fairy.

Day 4–6: Warrnambool → Mount Gambier → Adelaide
